Worth knowing

Some problems are resolved where the vehicle is standing and some are not. If a jump start gets you moving, that is the end of it. If it does not, the vehicle needs transporting, and that is a tow rather than a second attempt.

Either way the decision about what happens next is made with you beforehand, rather than reported to you afterwards.
