Requests are not open yet. The button below is switched off rather than left to fail quietly, so nothing is sent to a service that is not yet receiving it.
There is no contact form on this page for the same reason. A form with nothing behind it either looks broken or, worse, says your message was sent when nothing received it.

No phone number is published on this site. The business number is being arranged, and the number printed on the company’s earlier artwork is retired.
Publishing a retired number would send people to a line that is not ours. The new number goes here once it is confirmed and answered.
